Our designers have many years of industry training and experience to create the perfect floorplan for your space. We journey out to each project to survey the space and take vital measurements so we can create a detailed furniture layout.

Design &
Product Selection

Design is perhaps the most important element when planning out your new office. A good design with the right products can really add that feeling of professionalism and company image. Our designers take your directive and ideas to create a design concept that fits you. We want to ensure that the design reflects how you want your office to be, not how we think it should be. Oftentimes a design will take multiple renditions and modifications to get the exact design our customers need. We design each project until our customer is completely satisfied.

Warehousing & Product Storage

At Utah Office Planning we have full warehousing capabilities including climate controlled storage, receiving and shipping, and inventory management. We receive, store, and warehouse all of our products in house. We often see projects where a client will be moving, downsizing, or re-configuring their space and will need to store/dispose of remaining product. We offer removal and storage services to aid in these types of situations. The benefit to this is that our clients will be able to use these items in the future and not have to dispose of their furniture. We provide a full detailed inventory of all products that we store for our clients.

Professional Installation

At Utah Office Planning we offer delivery and installation services. A professional installation is a key part in providing you with a quality product and service. Our installers have years of industry experience and have worked with every type of office furniture. Our services include blanket wrapped deliveries, assembly and disassembly of all brands of office furniture, specialty installations such as wall mount & cleat mounted products, installations of architectural walls, and filing systems.

Reconfigure & Office Modifications

We provide relocation and reconfigure services as well as office furniture modifications and custom projects. Our design team can survey your existing furniture and plan out a new furniture layout reconfiguration. In most cases (if needed) we can find additional parts to add to your existing products in order to create the desired layout. If we can’t find the additional parts needed we can typically match very close to your existing products using a similar product. We also provide office modifications as well as customized products. We can make custom furniture to fit an odd sized area as well as modify existing product to fit into limited space areas.

Liquidation & Wholesale Services

Utah Office Planning provides liquidation and wholesale services. We can aid in the process of liquidating or disposing of your existing office furniture. When doing this there are several options in which we offer to our customers. Depending on your inventory we can offer a price to purchase the product and remove it from the building. In some instances your existing product will have little to no value. If this is the case we can give you a price to remove and dispose of the product. Lastly, we can try to wholesale your product across the nation to see if there is interest in other states.
